1. Reservations and Payments

All reservations must be secured with a valid credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Full payment may be required depending on the rate plan selected. This will be clearly indicated during the booking process.
2. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the check-in time (2:00 PM local time).

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the check-in time will incur a fee equal to the cost of the first night's stay, including applicable taxes.

No-shows will also be charged the full cost of the first night's stay.
3. Refund Policy

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in begins at 2:00 PM local time on the day of arrival.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM local time on the day of departure.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Modifications to Reservations

Reservation modifications, such as date changes, are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.

If the modification is made less than 24 hours prior to check-in, the original cancellation policy will still apply.
6. Special Requests

While we strive to accommodate special requests (e.g., room preferences, dietary needs), these are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Damage or Loss

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

Hotel Scala is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. We encourage guests to use in-room safes where available.
8. Force Majeure

Hotel Scala is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
9. Privacy Policy

Guest information is collected solely for the purpose of facilitating reservations and enhancing your stay. We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
